Professional development is not the typical one-time workshop. It is an ongoing process. There are five dimensions to strong development:

We use these five dimensions to design and structure professional development. Each program is custom tailored to the specific needs of a group. We work to bring veteran and beginning instructors together by building on the skills that are in the room. We weave that knowledge so everyone walks away knowing more and, more importantly, immediately knowing how to apply what was experienced in the classes they teach.
